My Special Day

Your birthday is supposed to be a wonderful day that you spend with family. Well I know that mine certainly was! After opening my wonderful presents, mom and I sped off to Disneyland Paris until 5. It was really busy at Disney but we managed to go on Space Mountain 2 and Rockin’ Roller Coaster, my two favorite rides. After that we met up with the rest of the family at the Champs du Mars and had a yummy picnic dinner. Then the surprise came. We went to the top of the Eiffel Tower. The view was amazing! We came back down just in time to see the Eiffel Tower light up.

What a wonderful 13th birthday!! I remember seeing the lights on the Tower. It must be so amazing to go to Disney with just one person and doing the things that are your favorite. Thanks for keeping us informed of your adventures.

Glad you had a great birthday. I’m sure you enjoyed Disney!!! Sounds like you are all getting settled in and enjoying all the sights and sounds of Paris. I’m sure you will enjoy Normandy Saturday. It’s 2:30 here so I’m guessing you are already in bed. Travel safely and have a great weekend.

    Love, Grandpa
